All Paint is sent via fedex 48H service, All orders placed before 11am will leave that day or next working day, all orders after 11am may not leave untill the following working day.
Fedex do not count Satudays or Sundays as working days therefore the item is only 48H during Monday to Friday.
All other Items that are purchased and do not have paint within the order will be dispatched using Royal Mail.

Returns and Refund Policy
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your Clarke Decorate product and wish to return it you may do so at your cost. You have up until the end of seven working days after receipt of your order delivery to inform us if you wish to return your order and we will be happy to refund or exchange the product provided it is in fully resalable condition, undamaged and in the original packaging. *
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 25% of the original selling price from the refund amount. Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase.
In addition, for up to 28 days after purchase goods may be returned provided they are in the same condition as stated above together with the sales invoice for a refund subject to a 25% re-stocking charge. However, if a product has been made individually to your specification then these rights to return do not apply, unless the product is faulty.*
For details on returning an order please contact us by email at email@example.com. Please state your sales invoice number, date of receipt, the reason for returning the product and whether you would like a refund or a replacement product. You will be issued with a Product Returns information together with a Returns Reference Number.
The liability of Buy Paints Online will not exceed the value of the Products supplied. In particular, loss of profits and consequential, financial and other such losses are excluded.
Returns Due to Defect or Damage
All goods are thoroughly checked before dispatch to ensure they meet our high quality standards and are fit for purpose. However please check all products on receipt for colour, design, quality or imperfections. It is essential that such checks are carried out before use of products, as no claims will be accepted after use. No refunds will be issued for any labour spent or incurred.
Goods must be inspected and checked before use. No claims can be entertained or exchanges made if the material has been used. If the goods are received damaged, then they should be signed for as such on the delivery note and we must be advised in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 working days.
Returns due as a result of the product having been received in a damaged or defective condition will require us to examine the products prior to agreeing to refund any monies. We will do so within a reasonable time period usually 14 days and will inform you of our decision.
Please note: We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us.
All authorised refunds will be paid within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods and by the method used to pay the goods.
*None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.
Products we are unable to refund or exchange
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on personalised, made-to order products unless they are faulty.
Buy Paints Online will refund your original delivery charge only when a product is incorrect, damaged or faulty. We do not charge for returns of faulty or damaged products but we do charge for delivery and return of unwanted purchases.*
In the event that goods received by you are either faulty or damaged, you should contact us within seven days from the date on which you have accepted delivery of the goods. You have the right, in the event of the goods being either faulty or damaged, to have the goods returned to us provided that you have notified us of the defect or damage within a reasonable period of time after delivery and provided that the damage or defect has not happened following the date of delivery to you.
Order Change or Cancellation
All customers have seven working days to cancel their order following the delivery of the goods. If you wish to change or cancel an order this can be done by either contacting our Customer Care team in writing and/or at the following email address email@example.com. Please quote the order number and date the order was placed.
For products that have already been delivered or returns for any other reason i.e. products are defective, please follow our returns procedure.
Customers must arrange (at their own expense) to return the goods in a saleable condition. The goods will be deemed returned when received by Buy Paints Online and we will refund the monies as soon as possible within at least 14 working days.
Orders that are mixed to your requirements are not available to be changed or cancelled once the item has been made or dispatched.
Cancellation of made-to-order products
Once an Item has been made to fulfil your order, we can not refund or exchanged the order.
